I have an open mind. i've got my character strengths and weaknesses. But I don't have any issues. I've found the people with the least amount of issues live happier lives. I considered myself a great leader and have an ability to deal with people in a motivating one on one manner because everyone is different and you need to be able to adjust to fit that persons paradigm. I consider myself a master at adapting and I generally get along with just about anyone. I believe in second chances. But I will walk away and not give it a second thought. I'm easy going. I've never intentionally hurt another person in my life, emotionally or otherwise. I am forever the optimist who focuses on people's good traits. Not to say I haven't been let down a time or two.
