I am looking for a best friend and confidante. I just would like to find someone to hang out with and share good conversations and times. I am brutally honest and have to tone that down and be more diplomatic. I tend to make people laugh. I take myself seriously but not too seriously. I want someone that gives me good advice and looks at me objectively. I am getting tired of starting every sentence with "I am." Life is too short to sweat all the small stuff. I try not to sweat the small stuff, but details really matter. The details make up the big picture. I work hard and have a lot of responsibilities, but make time for me.
I think it is important to realize that what you see it what you get. One can't go into a relationship expecting to change the other person. That is kind of ridiculous. One has to accept the other person as they are, with all their faults and blemishes. Sure I am a work in progress and I am always trying to better myself but I am pretty much the person now I am going to be for the rest of my days. Maybe you will like that and maybe you won't. Life goes on.
What else can I say? I am a good woman looking for a good man. I know that you get what you give in life. I think I have a lot to offer the right man and make sure he is feeling comfortable and happy. Sometimes it doesn't take much to make a man happy. I just can be myself and it all tends to just happen naturally.
