I describe myself as confident and successful but not cocky. I’m a caring, fun guy who’s hard-working and career-oriented. When you first meet me you’ll notice that I almost always have a smile on my face and possess an outgoing personality. And if you’re around, the chances of me trying to get a smile out of you are pretty good. I enjoy life and it makes me feel good to bring happiness to others, so if I have to go out of my way or look a little silly to get a chuckle out of someone it’s worth it to me! I’ve yet to meet a stranger and really like meeting new people and learning about their backgrounds.People tell me I have the ability to command a room with my out-going personality, charm, and humor. I have a lot of energy and an adventurous streak, so when I'm not working I spend my time dining out, going on weekend trips or whatever else sounds like a good idea. And while I do love going out, there’s nothing like a relaxing night at home just watching a movie or having some wine along with some stimulating or goofy conversation. I love the beach (my second home), water, and the mountains. I keep things very balanced between my work and personal life. Luckily, I love what I do, so work doesn’t seem like work most of the time. I’m the President of the company I work for, an author of a popular book, and an expert in my field. My career allows me many great opportunities to travel and meet new people from all different walks of life. But I’ve reached a point in my life where I’m ready to meet that special someone who’ll compliment my life and let me do the same for her. My family is extremely important to me. We’re a tight-knit group and always there for one another no matter what. The match I seek will have strong family ties as well and love kids. I have two great boys and they make me more and more proud each day as well are a blast to hang out with. As far as my match, initially a great smile and warm personality are what grab my attention. I think mutual attraction is important, but if there’s nothing past that then relationships tend to fizzle out quickly. I often wonder why women put on their profiles that they are looking for personality but are clearly only focused on looks. I need someone who can keep up with me and carry themself well in the public appearences I make and highly visible people I often meet. So, I’m looking for someone I click with and who stimulates me intellectually. I’d like to meet a partner who is driven and has goals, takes care of herself and is health conscious (both physically and emotionally.) Traveling is a passion of mine, so someone who shares my desire for getting out and experiencing new places and cultures would be ideal. To me laughter is one of the greatest gifts in life and I would like to meet someone who has a wonderful sense of humor and who hopefully gets mine. That way no matter what situation we’re in, we’ll be able to look at the bright side and make light of it. I know everyone has baggage from their past and I’m no exception, but I think it’s important to deal with everything in a healthy way. As long as my partner and I are able to talk things out and communicate about whatever is on our minds, then there isn’t anything we won’t be able to handle. I’m very active and like to get out and experience new things every chance I get, so a match who is also physically active and up for trying new things will win me over.
