1. YOU MUST BE 18 years old or older to use Live Date Match Dating & Personals. DO NOT post ads that seek out or advertise users who are younger than 18.
2. Do not post an ad on behalf of another person. You may only post an ad for yourself. 3. Do not post your (or anyone else's) full name, email address, street address or phone number. Do not request this same information from other people in your ad. After you have corresponded with someone use your own judgement in providing any personal information in a Message. 4. Do not post URLs, websites, passwords, IDs, or instant messenger IDs/numbers, or ICQ Ids/numbers. Do not alter the appearance of your ad by using HTML tags. 5. Do not post adult-oriented content (e.g., nudity, overtly sexual language, etc.). 6. Do not post obscene, offensive, illegal or otherwise objectionable material. 7. Do not harass, threaten or use abusive or vulgar language. 8. Do not post detailed descriptions of physical characteristics (e.g., measurements, sizes, etc.) or the types of sexual activities that interest you. Such information is better conveyed in communications with individuals who reply to you. 9. Do not post an ad if you are not looking to connect with another person for a personal relationship or if your ad does not provide a general description of the type of person that interests you.
10. Do not post an ad that includes discussions of illegal activities.
11. Do not write your ad title and description in a foreign language, characters or symbols. LiveDateMatch.com Dating Personals is only able to support English language ads at this time.
12. Do not post more than one personal ad at a time. 13. Do not use this service for commercial purposes such as spam or information gathering, etc.14. Do not post copyrighted content without permission from the owner.
15. Do not post an image if:
a. you are not in it (no baby pictures of yourself either!)
b. your face is not clear
c. it contains more than 2 recognizable people
d. it is something other than a non-animated GIF or JPG file
e. it includes any type of contact information or advertisement for yourself or another website
f. We will be restricting filesizes in bytes so you will be responsible for creating applicable images.
Please keep in mind that LiveDateMatch.com reserves the right to review, reject and remove any content including photographs that LiveDateMatch.com determines, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these Guidelines, and / or the LiveDateMatch.com Terms of Service. Also, because the LiveDateMatch.com Dating & Personals service is designed to help facilitate relationships between individuals in the offline world as well as cyberspace, LiveDateMatch.com reserves the right to terminate your account or use of this service if we become aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other LiveDateMatch.com users, or the general public.
